Hadi Soesanto is a Yogyakarta-based artist whose paintings reflect the rich culture of Java. Inspired by everyday lives with refined forms and colours, he seeks to express Indonesia’s cultural heritage. A graduate of the Faculty of Art and Design at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta, his exhibitions include Suka Pari Suka, Bentara Budaya, Bali (2015), and the Thai & Indonesian Art Exchange Exhibition, Thailand (2014).
