Through harmonious figure arrangements and vivid colours, Ahmad Hassan evokes the richness of Malaysia’s heritage and environment. The tradition of the East Coast such as the making of paper kites is tenderly depicted. Ahmad Hassan graduated with distinction in the Advanced Intensive Illustration course at the Croydon College of Art and Design, England in 1981.
