Western pop culture has played a significant role in Mohd Sarip Abd Rahman’s artistic practice, where he often combines familiar Western icons with Eastern interpretations of heroism. With a Diploma in Fine Art from UiTM Perak, followed by a Bachelor of Fine Art from UiTM Shah Alam and a Master of Art and Design from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Mohd Sarip Abd Rahman is a lecturer with the Art Foundation Department at UiTM Perak.
