People say that life brings tears, smiles and memories. The tears dry, the smiles will eventually fade, but the memories last for eternity. A lively kampung scene is painted, villagers are walking to their destinations. Yong Khek Cheong, a full time artist, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Singapore in 1967. He has held 2 solo exhibitions in 2005 and 2010 respectively, and participated in various group exhibitions and art fairs including Art Expo Malaysia, Hangzhou Art Fair and Guangzhou Art Fair.
