A contemporary artist based in Kuala Lumpur, Adli Nazrin is known for his abstract and expressive work, painted in a harmonious palette of colours. Adli’s work is characterised by the intersection of personal experiences and Asian mythology.
Adli holds two master’s degrees, one in International Cultural Policy and Management from the University of Warwick (UK) and another in Fine Arts and Technology from Universiti Teknologi Mara. He has released music under the artist name Leo Ari, producing chillwave tracks such as Kindness, Sehembus Nafas, Selama-Lamanya, and Manic Panic. His solo show Chasing The Dragon was held in 2022. Over the years, Adli has exhibited his work in galleries both in Malaysia and abroad. His pieces have been acquired by local institutions as well as private collectors, including in the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia.
