The set of three watercolours by Chong Kok Leng features birds and lady bird. The artist beautifully captured these images that were finely and meticulously executed. Take a closer look, one will be impressed by the intricate details and his impeccable skill. Chong graduated from the Perak Institute of Art in 1997 and has been an artist since. His first solo exhibition was held in 2001 in Ipoh and another solo in 2008. His works are mostly inspired by the beauty of nature as he once told The Star in an interview that he is a nature lover and believes that beauty is something people do not appreciate well enough, so, he paints beautifully.
