Virtues such as patience are honed through learning the craft, preserving the family legacy, and forming a link between generations.   Alvaro M. Jimenez is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, and specializes in painting Philippines scenery in watercolour. Jimenez explored the possibility of using banana stalks as an alternative to canvas, producing works of art that sought to preserve the culture of 19th century Philippines.
