Description
Capitol Theatre brings back a treasure trove of good memories for the local people. It used to be a bustling movie theatre located at Penang Road junction. The American blockbuster Raintree County, a historical romance film was on show at the time.
A member of the American Orchid Society, he is well known for his painting of orchids. His passion for orchids resulted in him travelling extensively to Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia, looking for new species for his garden and capturing their beauty on paper.
