The artist's works often revolve around the rich and unique characteristics of old buildings that still maintain their original architectural structure. On offer here is a charming decorated kampung house with a vintage bird cage near the verandah. The ambience is worth admiring as we don't get to see much of a kampung house nowadays. Lee Weng Fatt graduated with a Diploma in Art & Design at the Kuala Lumpur College of Art in 1989. He started painting watercolours before switching to oil in 1995. His first solo was at the Art Salon, Kuala Lumpur, called Hang Kai /Jalan Jalan in 1994, then at other venues in Kuala Lumpur like Joshua Fine Art Gallery (2000), Art House (2004) and TJ Fine Art (2010).
