There’s a new game in town. It’s called, ‘You Eat Me, I Eat You’ Far from being a gourmet delight, this is a battle of eating to the finish, with the eaten being finished, like a tit for tat, except that there will not be any tit to tat. But eating is not to be taken in the literal sense, but as a metaphor of greed, no matter how much ‘food’ the miscreant is given, he or she will want more and more. This will be more to Lim Keh Soon’s type of absurd social situations with caricaturist figures. Lim Keh Soon is one of the prime-movers behind the Findars experimental and multimedia art space, which first had its base in the Central Market annexe. He was featured in the AbsurdCity exhibition organised by the National Art Gallery. He graduated with a Diploma in Illustration from the Malaysian Institute of Art, Kuala Lumpur, in 2003. His works have been exhibited at Phillip Wong’s gallery, ArtSeni, then at Lot 10.
