The work by Natthawut Singthong is taken from his solo exhibition at Art Forum in Singapore called Bang Kra Thing to the Spiritual Forest and places in between, in November 2006. The four conical shapes with various configurations, backdrops inside and outside them, and in various states of placements, evoke a kind of meditative quality.
Born in Ubonratchatane in Thialand, Natthawut graduated with a Bachelor’s of Fine Art (Painting) from the Chiangmai University inThailand in 2003. His solos include the Bang-Kra Thing to the Spiritual Forest and places in between, Singapore (2006), A Black Horse in the New Moon Night, Thailand (2005), and Recent Works by Natthawut Singthong, Thailand (2004).
