The works of Indonesian artist Fadjar Djunaedi embodies his creative approach in utilising symbols, fused with dramatic light and shadow effects. Fadjar often depicts the image of a lively spotted dog in a quiet and surreal atmosphere. Fadjar Djunaedi graduated from IKIP Malang and has participated in several group exhibitions since 1988. His group shows include Art Exhibition II in Gelanggang Olah Raga (1988); Gebyar Agustus in Malang (1991); Peksiminas exhibition in Bali (1994); 15 Pelukis Muda Pondok Seni Batu in Malang (1996); Holopis Kuntul Baris Exhibition in Surabaya (2005). His solo exhibition was held at Galeri Pondok Seni, Batu in Malang.
